Logistics & Packaging
1. As most of our products are big size in a package, we generally recommend shipment by FCL sea freight, and pack the goods by foam film and fix them tightly by rope in the container to avoid damage during delivery.
2. If it’s necessary to be shipped by LCL sea freight for a small quantity of goods, we will make the package strong enough with a wooden crate or wooden case to protect the goods from any damage during delivery.

1. How do I get the pergola price?
For an estimate please advise height x width and quantity.
2. How long does it take for a full container 20/40 ft finished?
Our lead time to completion is usually 15-20work days once received advance payment and confirm drawings.
3. Can I cut your pergola on-site?
Absolutely. All products can be cut on-site.
4. Can I install your aluminum pergola myself?
Yes, you can. About 90% of our residential clients install the fence themselves. The rest will hire a handyman. Our fence panels are shipped preassembled (ready for installation).
5. For the “in-ground” application, how deep do the posts need to go and how much cement do I need to use?
We recommend, at minimum, that your posts should be at least 2 feet(600mm) longer than the height of your fence or gate; however, if you’re in an area of the country with frost line issues, you may be required to order longer posts. Please contact our sales for more information.
6. Can it come with a side door for pedestrians to pass?
Yes. Please kindly advise our sales the size of gate you need.
7. Can I customize the logo?

8. What colors are available?
Standard colors are black, white, and grey most colors are available in gloss or matte finish. There is no upcharge for any of the standard colors. Custom colors are possible with certain limitations and are subject to an upcharge. Contact us for a free quote on any custom color.
